Ajay Kumar Kantheti

MANAGING DIRECTOR

A veteran in power and infra sector with high exposure is a familiar figure in power industry with long and wide knowledge in power plant with over 25 years of experience and exposure. He is the leading spirit, guiding factor and founder of the company and who is determined to take this company to next level through quality service and time line deliveries. He strongly believes that keeping quality in service is the only way of reaching a height and merit is the sole companion for growth and success. He has to his credit of having undertaken hundreds of overhauling, refurbishing, O&M, AMC, supply of critical spares, etc with major customers in private and public sectors. Mr. Ajay Kumar has vast and varied experience in fields including power, infra, water system, material handling, supply chain, manufacturing & repairing, heavy fabrication, petro-chemicals etc. and with remarkable ability to pursue, execute, complete and commission. An unassuming personality and a tested administrator he takes his team move to next level with creative ideas and innovative practices. He stands as the backbone and soul of the company to lead from the front, guide from the behind and oversee from the above.

Sadvika Kantheti

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

An Engineering graduate from BITS Pilani, she is passionate about operations, business management, and organizational excellence.

She currently oversees the Finance and Administration functions of the company, ensuring efficient financial management, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination of administrative operations. Her ability to streamline processes and support strategic decision-making has made her an integral part of the company’s leadership team. In addition to her corporate responsibilities, she also heads the organization’s charitable foundation, Vista Aid, where she plans and leads monthly initiatives and activities to support the underprivileged and those in need, reflecting the company’s commitment to social responsibility and community welfare.

As the daughter of Mr. K. Ajay Kumar, a respected veteran in the power and infrastructure sector and the driving force behind VEPL, she has inherited a strong sense of leadership, integrity, and commitment to excellence. Inspired by his vision and extensive industry experience, she actively contributes to carrying forward the company’s values and long-term objectives.

Pravat Kishore Sundaray

DIRECTOR, O&M

An graduate in electrical engineering from NIT, Rourkela and is having four decades of experience in power sector. He was associated with NTPC for over 25 years and followed by association with Adani Power, for 13 years. He has handled independently many major projects from construction to commissioning. He has exceptional knowledge over Operation, maintenance of power plants of capacity 800 MW. He is also well versed with safety, quality, HR, budgeting, environment and plant management. He is bringing with him both experience and professionalism in power plant operations in all segments.

Pradeep Kumar Pediredla

VICE-PRESIDENT, O&M

A graduate in Mechanical engineering and having experience for about 22+ years from reputed organizations in power sector. He has handled and completed various thermal projects independently and also has huge experience in O&M of power plants with capacity up to 800 MW having in-depth knowledge over all segments and equipment. He had underwent major training programs from reputed industrial houses during his tenure of service and keep updating himself for latest developments in the industry. He is a major source of moral and professional support and brings with him an assertive experience to VEPL.

Murali Mukunda CH

GENERAL MANAGER – O&M

A graduate in Mechanical engineering and having over 12 years’ experience in power and infra sectors. He has a career marked by significant contributions in the operation and maintenance of thermal power plants, where he has played a key role in ensuring high plant efficiency and reliability. He has gained extensive experience in the construction and commissioning of Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) system and pharmaceutical facilities. His ability for planned maintenance made him effective in correctional performance and minimising down time of equipment. He also has the unique proficiency in financial management, project costing and procedural billing. His exposure in financial planning is an additional qualification apart from technical skill, strongly support in project execution and completion.
